Pizza Crust

For all those cooks out there that own and use their bread makers, here is a great pizza crust recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup water

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

2¾ cups flour (all purpose or bread flour)

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried oregano

1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions

Mix ingredients into baking pan the order given by the manufacturer. Select DOUGH cycle.

Remove dough to a lightly floured board: cover with a bowl and let rest 10 - 15 minutes.

Roll out dough or press into a pan.

Partially bake pizza crust in a pre-heated (400 F) oven for 10-12 minutes.

Spread with toppings of choice.

Bake pizza in 400F oven for 15-20 minutes.
