1 loaf of Bread, cubed and dried
6 - 8 slices of Bacon
1 medium Onion, chopped or grated
1 clove of Garlic (optional)
Salt and Pepper
Water or Chicken Broth
Cut bacon into strips and fry until crisp then add onion and a clove of garlic and fry until almost brown.
Moisten bread with water or broth and add the egg and lots of salt and pepper. Mix together and then add bacon and onions. Add enough water or broth to hold it together.
Put into appropriate sized pan and bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
