Ginger Cookies

These are made in a food processor
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp, salt
1 tsp. each of cinnamon and ginger
1/3 tsp. cloves
Directions
Put oil, molasses and brown sugar in processor. Mix well. Add egg and mix again. Combine all dry ingredients and put in over a couple of times and mix well. Dump dough onto a piece of wax paper and work in all the flour that may be on the sides. A smooth ball should be formed. Roll into 1-inch balls and then roll in sugar.
Bake in a 375º oven for 8-10 minutes.
