Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

Great for kids and their friends.

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp. water

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 cup and 2 tbsp.flour

Directions

Mix butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg, vanilla and water. Stir in dry ingredients and mix well. Spread dough into a 9 x 9 greased cake pan.

Sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips.

Bake in a 350º oven for 20 minutes.

Cooks Notes: The recipe can be doubled and cooked on a cookie sheet. For added Yumm I sprinkle chopped pecans on as well as the chocolate chips. While still warm I drizzle with a vanilla icing glaze. (1 tsp. butter mixed with 1 cup icing sugar and 1-2 tsp. milk mixed until smooth)
