8 slices bacon, cut and fried crisp. Remove most of the grease.

Add 1 chopped onion and

1 -10oz sliced mushrooms, drained.

Saute, remove from heat and set aside.

In a separate bowl combine:

1 cup grated sharp cheese

4 eggs, beaten

1¼ cups milk, beat again

salt and pepper

Add the bacon, onion and mushrooms.

Pour into unbaked piecrust.

Cook at 400º for 10 minutes, turn heat to 350º and cook another 30 minutes.

Can be frozen and heated up in oven, but not too good heated in microwave.
