Vienna Loaf

1 Vienna loaf, sliced into 1 inch slice

1 chopped tomato

1 tsp. minced garlic

1/2 cup black or green olives, chopped fine

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Miracle Whip

1 tsp grated oregano


Place slices of bread on a cookie sheet.

Mix all other ingredients together and place on slices of bread. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top just before baking.

Bake in 350º oven for 15 minutes and then broil until cheese is melted.

Can be frozen and then cooked at a later date. Do not sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if freezing first.
