Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry

3 large chicken breasts, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

1-2 tsp minced garlic

3/4 cup Catalina salad dressing

3 TBSP soy sauce

3/4 tsp red pepper flakes


Brown chicken with garlic in a little butter. Add red peppers, green peppers and onion, sauté until veggies are softened but still have a little crunch.

Add Catalina, soy sauce and chili flakes.

Mix until coated.

Serve with white rice.
