Spaghetti Pie

A friend gave this to me and it's so easy to make and great for a comforting meal.


1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 can tomato soup (10 ounce size)

1 can cream of celery soup (10 ounce size)

1/2 soup can of water

2 cups of shredded cheese - mozzarella or cheddar

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

3 servings of cooked spaghetti (unfortunately I never measure, I just cook it)


Pre-heat oven to 350º

Cook ground beef with onions, salt and pepper. You may also cook the meat with green pepper and some garlic salt, taste preference.

Mix soups and water and pour into ground beef. Mix well and then combine this mixture with the cooked spaghetti. Use a large bowl or pot. It looks gross, but persevere.

In a greased 13 x 9 pan layer half of this mixture and sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese and 1/4 cup of the parmesan. Repeat with another layer.

Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes to an hour. It should be slightly bubbly and hot in the middle.
