This recipe is quick, easy and tasty!
2 Pork Tenderloin
Rub with olive oil
Hot mustard or regular mustard (I prefer the hot myself)
Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes in the oven or on the barbeque on low.
Serve with a blend of brown and wild rice and a vegetable of your choice.
