Wonton Appetizer Bites

Cheesy pepperoni filling in little cups made from baked wonton wrappers.


24 wonton wrappers

1/2 c shredded Monterey jack cheese

1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 c chopped pepperoni

1/2 c ranchers choice salad dressing

1/4 c chopped green pepper

1/4 c chopped red pepper


Heat oven to 350ºF

Spray 24 muffin tins with cooking spray. Gently place 1 wonton wrapper in each cup, with edges of wrappers extending up sides of cups. (I used my mini muffin cups)

Bake 5-7 minutes or until lightly brown. Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients.

Fill wonton cups with cheese mixture. Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
