Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 pkgs cream cheese

1 bottle buffalo wing sauce

16 oz bottle Ranch Dressing
(Original recipe calls for blue cheese dressing, but I hate it, so I used ranch)

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Mozzarella cheese


Simmer chicken in 1/3 to 1/2 bottle of buffalo wing sauce - cool and chop fine.

Spread cream cheese in 9x13 pan.

Layer chicken over cream cheese

Add 1/2 to 2/3 bottle Ranch dressing.

Drizzle with more buffalo wing sauce.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Bake 350º until cheese melts and a little bubbly.

Serve with corn chips, rice crackers or tortilla chips.
