Tortellini

This recipe is so easy. It also tastes great.

1 can (680ml) Hunts Spicy red peppers and chilies tomato sauce. (you can use any kind of tomato sauce)

1 can (19fl oz/540 ml) diced tomatoes undrained (normal or with garlic & olive oil is better)

1 can (10 fl oz/284 ml) beef broth (they come in all sizes - so you might only use 1/2 the can.)

1/4 cup Kraft Italian dressing

2 packages (350g) fresh cheese tortellini.  You could use meat or cheese tortellini or ravioli.

1 cup Shredded Italian cheese (Mozzarella)

Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix.   Pour into a 9X13 pan.

Cover with foil. Bake for 50 minutes @ 375º.

You can make this into 2 small meals. Mix all sauce ingredients and then freeze half of it.   If halving you will only need 1 package of tortellini and 1/2 the cheese for each 1/2 sauce mixture.

My kids love this. I starting this recipe by making 1/2 the tomato sauce with 1 package tortellini and the other package of tortellini using an Alfredo sauce. It’s good either way.

Enjoy!
