Marinade

I got this recipe from my neighbor.  

 

¼ c. Soy Sauce

¼ c. Honey

¼ c. Dry White Wine

2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

2 tsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds

2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

2 cloves Garlic, crushed

1 tsp. fresh Ginger, grated

 

Combine ingredients.  Marinade meat over night or longer.

 

Good on steak, chicken, etc.  Enough to marinade 6 – 8 servings.

 

Can be doubled, tripled, etc.
