“A way to make a healthy food unhealthy...but oh so delicious! And in the "Gramma tradition" I have no measurements whatsoever for this recipe...I just kinda threw everything together one night and realized it tasted great!”
- Asparagus - Butter - Crushed garlic - Parmesan cheese - Salt
Steam asparagus. Lightly pat dry.
Put all other ingredients in large pan. Melt over med. high heat. Once melted, add asparagus and cook until parmesan cheese is golden brown.
Be careful not to cook too long - don't want soggy asparagus! |
