Tuna Rolls

Mix in bowl:

1 can tuna packed in water, drained
2 hard boiled eggs (chopped fine)
2 Tbsp. onion (chopped fine)
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 pieces chopped celery
1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
salt, pepper and miracle whip.

If you like one ingredient more than the other the amounts don't matter very much. A little red pepper adds some color also.

Make a Bisquick dough with 2¼ cups Bisquick. Pat or roll out like you would for cinnamon buns. Spread on tuna mixture. Roll like cinnamon buns. Cut in half.

Place on greased cookie sheet with fold on bottom. Bake for 25 minutes at 375º.

Topping: Make 2 cups white sauce and add ¼ c. mustard according to your taste.

To Serve: Cut the tuna roll and spoon over the sauce.
