Submitted by Patti Wilson 6 boneless-skinless chicken breasts, cut in half Lawrey's seasoning saltOil2 cups medium salsa (or you can substitute 1 pkg. Taco seasoning and a 16 oz. canned tomatoes) ½ cup water Cooked Spaghetti Sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt, brown chicken on both sides in hot oil. Drain any excess oil. Add salsa and rinse out measuring cup with the ½ cup water (or add the alternative ingredients). Stir and let simmer 40 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
