Chicken Cacciataco

Ingredients

6 boneless-skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
Lawrey's seasoning salt
Oil
2 cups medium salsa (or you can substitute 1 pkg. Taco seasoning and a 16 oz. canned tomatoes)
½ cup water
Cooked Spaghetti

Directions

Sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt, brown chicken on both sides in hot oil. Drain any excess oil.

Add salsa and rinse out measuring cup with the ½ cup water (or add the alternative ingredients). Stir and let simmer 40 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
