Hot Broccoli Dip and Baked Pita Chips

(You may want to double this…but remember to double the chips recipe, too)
Ingredients
1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped
2 TBSP onion, chopped
2 TSBP red pepper, chopped
2 TSBP Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup light sour cream
½ cup mayo
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
add’l Parmesan cheese
Baked Pita Chips or crackers
Directions
Preheat oven to 375º. Chop broccoli, onion and red pepper.
Add 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese, garlic, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayo and black pepper. Mix well.
Spoon into small baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle top with a little more Parmesan cheese.
Serve with Baked Pita Chips or crackers.
