Herb Spread

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. parsley, finely minced
2 tsp. tarragon
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, chill, and roll into a log or ball.
Serve with crackers, or spread on fish (salmon is good) or cooked vegetables.
Can be divided, individually wrapped in plastic wrap, and then frozen in a heavy plastic bag for several months.
