Cinnamon Chips 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas Cooking spray (butter flavored) 2 cups cinnamon and sugar
Preheat oven to 350º.
Coat one side of each flour tortilla with spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and spray again.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Repeat process until all tortilla's are cooked.
Let cool 15 minutes. Serve with chilled salsa.
This "Salsa" would be great on ice cream or angel food cake. |
