Welcome
Thank you for visiting Relatively Recipes. I started this site in March of 2004 (originally as the Recipe Tree) as a way to capture family recipes that had never been written down. It has since become a way for relatives and friends to share their recipes with one another whether they are across town or across the country. I hope you enjoy browsing through the hundreds of recipes that have been shared. ~ Nancy Ness, Richland, WA |
By Marlene Metherel Very nice chicken dish! Christmas Rice Pudding (Julgrot) By Irene Hauner This is a Swedish rice pudding that is traditionally served at Christmas. A whole almond is hidden in the pudding before serving. The lucky person who finds it will see their dreams come true in the year ahead. By Marlene Metherel Pears, pecorino cheese, candied pecans, and greens tossed in a Dijon vinaigrette By Nancy Ness This goes great with lasagna or other pasta dishes. By Patti Wilson I found this recipe and with the reviews it had, I figured it HAD to be good! IT IS THE BEST! By Hugh Anderson A somewhat complicated, but delicious vegetarian substitute for crab cakes. We served this at Canadian Thanksgiving and everyone, even non-vegetarians, loved it. Joe Egan and Lindsay Hook took the recipe home and tried it there to equally superb results.
