Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Easy and very tasty. 

 

1 pound stewing beef

1 can cream of mushroom soup - 10 oz. size

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

 1/4 cup of water

125 grams (small package) of cream cheese

 

Combine meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce and water into crock-pot

(Slow cooker).  Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 5 hours.

Just before serving, stir in the cream cheese until melted.
