Jell-O Cottage Cheese Salad

1 small Lime Jell-O

1 cup sliced celery

1 lg. grated carrot (about 3/4 cup)

10 sliced stuffed green olives

1 cup cottage cheese

2 tbs. vinegar

Salt and pepper



Slice celery, grate carrots and slice olives


Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiled water.  Add salt, pepper and vinegar.


Add 6 or 7 ice cubes.  When ice is dissolved, put in fridge.


When almost set add celery, carrots, olives and cottage cheese.  Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
