Here is a dessert I make for March - St. Patrick's Day
Makes one 9 x 13 cake
Cake: 1 pkg. White cake mix 3 eggs 3/4 cup oil 1/2 cup coconut 1 cup 7-up 1 pkg. Instant pistachio pudding Mix and beat all ingredients Pour into greased 9” x 13" pan Bake 35-40 minutes Cool
Frosting: Put on cooled cake 1 8-9oz Cool Whip Top with 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cut chopped nuts I like toasted coconut. |
