Submitted by Anita McIntosh CRUST 1-1/2 cup flour 3/4 cup butter 1/4 cup sugar Press in 9x13 pan. Bake 350º for 10 minutes. FILLING 1 can condensed milk 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 chopped walnuts, plus additional walnuts for topping 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 12 squares crushed graham wafers/graham crackers Mix together, spread over crust. Bake 350º for 25 minutes. Cool, then top with frosting and nuts. FROSTING 1/2 cup butter 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Combine and spread on bars. Top with additional chopped walnuts.
