1 cup butter 1/2 cup icing sugar 1 1/2 cups flour 1 tbsp. corn starch
Cut dry ingredients into butter. Mix well.
Press into a pie plate or 9x9 cake pan. Prick bottom of crust with a fork.
Bake in a 325 oven for 20 mins.
Prick once during baking to ensure flat bottom of crust. |
