Cream Cheese Bars

 2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese

 2 packets crescent rolls

egg, separated

1- 1/2 cups sugar

1 tsp. vanilla



Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press one package crescent rolls in bottom. Blend cream cheese, egg yolk, one cup of the sugar and vanilla and spread over the rolls. Layer second packet of rolls on top.


Beat egg whites with a fork until frothy. Brush on top of rolls. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
