Blueberry Streusel Muffins

2 1/2 cup flour
1 TBSP baking powder
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
eggs
2 cups fresh (or frozen) blueberries
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine flour with sugar and baking powder in a large bowl.  Cut in butter 
until it is in tiny pieces.  Remove 3/4 cup of this mixture to a small bowl.  
Stir in cinnamon into this 3/4 cup mixture and set aside.

With remaining flour mixture in the large bowl, add milk, eggs and vanilla.  
Stir until moistened.  Gently stir in blueberries.  Spoon batter into 12 
large butter or paper lined muffin cups.  Sprinkle each with reserved 
cinnamon/crumb mixture.

Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.  Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from pan.
